Global Logistics Platform
Legacy operations were stifled by high cognitive load: users juggled 5 disparate windows and manual Excel updates just to complete a single shipment. My goal was to transform 4 disconnected tools into 1 unified platform. The result is a centralized SaaS that reduces operational friction, cutting average task time by 90% (from 60 to 8 minutes) for users across 15 global plants.
I applied System Thinking and OOUX (Object-Oriented UX) to map the complex relationships between 200+ user roles and logistical data. Moving beyond traditional flows, I utilized AI-accelerated workflows to rapidly prototype and validate complex logic. This allowed me to deliver a scalable, modular architecture that simplifies decision-making without sacrificing the data density required by expert users.
