Founded in Germany, TQG Lottery Solutions GmbH addresses a growing problem: how to provide flexible, reliable, and affordable lottery technology to more than one customer at a time, and at any time. They want to develop a new SaaS product to sell to other countries. Starting with the UX and Design System.
As a product Designer, I helped the TQG team to develop their first Design System, which met their needs of homologation between their different products, with user research and best UX and Product design practices.
