Full new banking product
Working for one of the most important banks in Chile, I was in charge of this project, helping to obtain more than 50k new users, with a new digital account.
A successful product for the bank, that changed how the bank and the design team design it.
From the first idea, workshop with stakeholders and research with users. UX and UI, improving the project with service design.
